Hardware or cloud?
With a hardware setup, privacy is better, risk is lower, and your data is yours, completely. With a cloud setup, the opposite is true.

Which hardware do you use?
Dedicated AI hardware, sized to the number of people using it and the models you need. We recommend specific equipment during discovery and explain the trade-offs in plain language.
Who owns the hardware?
Ownership is set out in your agreement. Our default is that you own it, it sits in your office, and the monthly plan covers looking after it.
Are local models as good as the big cloud ones?
For most everyday work, such as answering from your documents, drafting and summarizing, models running on your own hardware do the job well. For the hardest reasoning, the largest cloud models are still ahead. If you want both, sensitive work stays local and tasks you approve can use a cloud provider.
What happens if the internet goes down?
The hardware and the model keep running. Features that go through the IntegratedAI platform, such as sign-in and connections to cloud systems, pause until the connection returns. We tell you which parts of your setup depend on it.
Do we have to open our firewall?
No. The hardware connects out to the platform, so nothing on your network has to accept incoming connections.
How long does setup take?
It depends on how many systems are connected and how much hardware is needed. We agree the timeline in a written scope, including delivery of the equipment.
