Can you work with the software we already have?
Usually. If a system has an API, an export or a reliable integration platform, we can connect it. We confirm this in discovery, before scoping.
What if a connected system changes or goes down?
Integrations are built to retry, log failures and alert someone, rather than fail silently.
Do you use tools like Zapier or Power Automate?
When they are the right fit, yes. For higher volumes, sensitive data or complex logic, we build custom connectors.
Where does our data go?
We document every system data passes through, including any AI provider, and design each step to use the minimum data it needs.
Who maintains the integrations?
Your team, us, or both. You get documentation either way, and ongoing support is available through Implement.
