IntegratedAI

Get AI into everyday use, and keep it working.

We launch, test, train, monitor and improve your AI solutions, from the first pilot to everyday use.

What we deliver

  • Deployment and configuration

A production environment that is set up properly from the start.

    • Deployment architecture
    • Hosting
    • Environment configuration
    • Security setup
  • Testing and pilot rollout

Evidence that it works before everyone depends on it.

    • Quality assurance
    • Pilot rollout
    • Acceptance criteria
  • Onboarding and training

Staff and administrators who know how to use it.

    • Employee onboarding
    • Administrator training
    • Adoption support
  • Monitoring and observability

Know how it is used, what it costs, and when something is wrong.

    • Monitoring
    • Permissions review
    • Usage and cost review
    • Escalation pathways
  • Ongoing improvement and managed service

Regular improvements instead of a launch followed by a slow decline.

    • Maintenance
    • Governance updates
    • Managed service options
Example scenario

A working prototype that nobody uses

An illustration of the kind of change we work on, not a client result.

Today

  • The prototype works in a demo but runs on one person’s laptop.
  • Nobody has decided who can access it or what data it can see.
  • Staff tried it once, weren’t sure it was allowed, and went back to the old way.

With the change

  • It runs in your environment with access controls and backups.
  • A pilot group tests it against agreed acceptance criteria before wider rollout.
  • Staff are trained, and usage, costs and issues are reviewed every month.

What happens at each step

Your data and decisions

Every system gets only the access it needs, people approve actions with real consequences, and demonstrations are labelled as demonstrations.

Questions

Something else? Ask in the form below or email garrett.integratedai@gmail.com.

Can you support a solution someone else built?

Often, yes. We start with a review of the code, hosting and documentation, then tell you what support would involve.

Where will it be hosted?

In your cloud account, on your servers, or in an environment we manage. We recommend one based on your security needs and in-house skills.

What does ongoing support include?

Monitoring, fixes, model and dependency updates, usage and cost reviews, and a regular improvement cycle. The exact scope is set out in the support agreement.

How do you measure whether it’s working?

We agree acceptance criteria before the pilot, then track usage, quality and cost after launch.

What does it cost to run?

Hosting, model usage and support. We estimate these before launch and report actual figures every month.
