What it costs to run
Model usage is billed by the provider to your own account, so you see exactly what you pay for. Support is optional.

Hardware or cloud?
With a hardware setup, privacy is better, risk is lower, and your data is yours, completely. With a cloud setup, the opposite is true.

Which providers do you work with?
Mostly Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI, through their business APIs. We choose per project on quality, cost and privacy terms, and design so the model can be swapped later.
Is our data used to train their models?
Under their business API terms, both providers say they don’t train on API data by default. We check the current terms with you before anything goes live, and document what is sent to the provider.
Can we pick just one service?
Yes. A cloud setup is built from the services you need. Many clients start with one and add others as the work grows.
Who pays the provider?
Usage is billed to your own provider account, so you own the relationship and see every charge. We estimate costs before launch.
Can we move to hardware later?
Yes. The IntegratedAI platform is the same either way. Moving to hardware changes where the model runs, not the workflows your team uses.
